We know there are a lot of differing opinions about opening schools and the threat that COVID-19 poses to children and adults in the classroom.

We do not have answers, and we are not here to pass judgment, we commend all the parents who are having to make the decisions that serve the best interest of their families.

What we can offer, however, is a helping hand to teachers and school employees who wish to get their affairs in order by creating estate planning packages with wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and healthcare directives before the school year starts.

For the next month, we are waiving the entire fee of our initial meetings (normally $380.00) for any teacher, school administrator, bus driver, or school aide in our Arizona community. We offer virtual consultations or in person consultations with masks.

We want teachers and school employees to know that our door is open--without hurdles or hindrances--for them to come and ask any questions they may have, and explore some of the ways to create a plan that would best protect their family and assets if they got sick, needed hospital care, or worse.

From there, if there is a need to move forward with planning, we will discount our services by 12.5% for all educators and other school employees.

These are challenging times, and we understand the anxiety that you may have as we transition into a new phase of living with this virus.
